But to answer your underlying question. If they can’t even make their own plot then I guarantee they’re a shit author so I’m not really worried about them stealing my idea. They’re probably too lazy to even do anything with it. If you’re too lazy and too unoriginal to make your own plot then you’re definitely not good enough to write anything that’s going anywhere

thats true. if they really needed to steal from someone else so bad then theyre definitely not talented enough to flesh out the stolen idea properly anyway

Well that’s what I’m stuck on. They offered. I double checked to make sure I wasn’t bothering them. They doubled down in agreement. And then didn’t respond ever. I finally blocked them after 4 hours. A simple “I don’t want to read that anymore” or “I’m busy right now I’ll look later” would’ve sufficed considering they were responding in under 60 seconds before this

Also if worst comes to worst I had it all typed up in a Google doc so it’s dated and time stamped 😭

I highly doubt it. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and touched in 3 hours after I sent it. Gave them an hour to reply to that. Still nothing. I guarantee they just wanted to see my plot and had zero intentions on ever giving feedback
