i haven't read any of her works personally but from what i've been told by some friends is that she makes books more as a commercial product instead of a piece of art, and because of that lack of thematic density she can make more product

this is really accurate. of the two that i have read both have flat asf characters and the plot is formulaic. I had fun reading them but in the same way i enjoy watching a shitty romance or hallmark movie. Pure fun not much depth
