i made a metric butt-ton of corner bookmarks for my elementary school hustle that i still use lmao

if they're my books I just fold the corner but if it's a library/other borrowed book, I use a bookmark

i use super random flat items i find around the house whether it’s a piece of ribbon, yarn, a photo or if i’m reading a hard cover i just use the book cover as the bookmark

Either the regular bookmarks (for special editions and manga) or the magnetic ones for my regular, full length novel

i can’t do more than one book at a time, so I use a metal bookmark that my mom got me that says “A well-read woman is a dangerous creature” and I feel like I can’t read a book without it.

I personally either use a bookmark or piece of paper if I lost my bookmark. I personally don’t dogear, especially if it’s someone else’s book. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love when I buy the book and it comes with a free bookmark, but failing that, I use the dust jacket to mark my place (if it’s a hardcover) and failing that I start grabbing receipts and junk mail envelopes. One time I used a pack of pimple patches
