I really enjoyed What My Bones Know. I learned a lot and it was very engaging. Despite being about trauma it was not a book I had to trudge through. Of course, mileage may vary and there are parts of her story that will probably be triggering for some

Oh and I should mention that the audiobook version read by the author was excellent
