Many people are sadly not interested in classics unless a movie or show comes out for it. Like when the Wuthering Heights movie came out recently, people only started to read the book when they had no prior interest in it

I was actually so upset to find out that I didn’t have to read it for school 💔 Then I borrowed a boyfriend’s copy and started reading only for us to break up and for me to have to give it back 😭
