For cozier dark romance, His Unexpected trilogy by Bailey Elizabeth is fun. Slow burn to steamy and wholesome relationship in a setting of crime and demon rituals. For darker and faster burn, the Souls Trilogy by Harley LaRoux has a great horror plot and well done kinky smut. If you’re looking for dark romantasy with fucked up characters and a touch more fighting action, Thief by Amelia Mist was a fun recent read.
