If you don’t read everything and you just skim your not a reader you just want the “reputation” that comes with telling people you read

All books are good bc just the fact someone took the time (yes even fanfic dare I admit), I don’t have TikTok and I feel like I’m not missing anything from booktok anyway 🤡

If you only read dialogue you’re missing out on so much important information, like a character could be spiraling internally and you wouldn’t know, several important things could happen and they’re not talking to anyone and you wouldn’t know because they don’t directly say “x,y,z happened”

I typically read everything but occasionally I’m reading a lighthearted novel or ao3 fic and I’m not locked in on every detail or dialogue because it’s for my dopamine kick haha
