i was so close to working at my local book store but i was 17 when i applied and you had to have a highschool diploma 😭 it pissed me off so much i just started working at a cafe instead and have been there ever since. The girls who work there actually have half a brain so the highschool diploma thing made no sense to me like i bet half of them don’t even read
