yeah kind of. ive only read two and they were very descriptive so i honestly dont think i can stomach another... but they were REALLY good and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time even though i was insanely stressed lol

stephen king was my favorite author in high school; yes his stuff tends to be gory. stick away from misery, it, gerald's game, running man (gagged super hard reading it in school), BUT i recommend eyes of the dragon!! 🫶🏻 it's not gory and has complex characters in a medieval fantasy setting :D
