Just don’t take it too seriously. Not gonna spoil it for you but the message of that book is really harmful. Enjoy the beautiful writing but try not to take any of it to heart

Oh I definitely know, I don’t get affected by really hard topics in books. And I’m really enjoying it so far (I’m on page 120) this message is so beautiful though so far

Yeah it starts out that way. The truly horrible messaging comes from the end of it. The author gave some questionable interview answers about how she did no research when writing about the things her characters go through and how she doesn’t believe in therapy, just for some context
