Guys I have never read or watched fifty shades of grey. Is it worth it to read the books first or should I just go right into the movies??

The books and movies are both terrible but I think the movies are more fun personally. Anastasia’s internal monologue is just painfully annoying. But the movies, while NOT GOOD objectively, really grow into themselves and their cheesiness, and I do feel like they grow some as a couple (not like After 💀)
