Exactly!! Who cares what someone else is reading when teens and young adults these days still think “I haven’t touched a book since middle school” is a flex

Literally. My cousin came to my apartment, so my extremely small bookshelf (I usually just get library books) and said “oh you read? I don’t think I’ve read by choice since…5th grade” I think I lost a couple years off my life I was like girl please take your pick I will let you have any one of these books right here right now if you just agree to read something
