Audiobooks or simply taking 10 min reading breaks as rewards for getting work done. Adds up after a while

seconding this, especially on any type of commute. when I have 0 time to sit down and read I just listen to audiobooks the entire time I’m in a car or bus or train, even if it’s a 5 minute trip
