I read the invisible life of Addie LaRue…I didn’t love it

Yeah, it felt half finished imo. The author spent too much time talking about hookups and skipped over two whole world wars. It was weird. Great idea, mid execution

You aren't alone, I liked it well enough but I went in expecting fantasy and I got romance, which personally I find boring

I felt like I would’ve loved it more if it showed more of her connection with Henry and the Darkness. I knew the ending was the right one, but I needed more. I also didn’t like the fact that the author flat out told us that Tyler was about to die without it being a plot twist

I went in bit expecting a lot. I’m a romance and fantasy girlie, and I think if they were going for romance they failed
