As a man who reads this could be nice but unfortunately I hate annotations in books because they distract me too much

I used to recoil at the idea of writing in my books, but I finally let go and I’m having a great time!! Still using sticky notes for the nicer ones though 🥲

I’m willing to exchange annotated books should the topic interest me; but I don’t think I’m interested in being your boyfriend. Mostly DNF because I feel I’ve “read enough” and sometimes I really haven’t, so having someone to exchange books with would function helpfully, as a form of accountability to finish books fully. For nonfiction I prefer metaphysics and history, and for fiction I prefer hard sci-fi. I am flexible, anything in those categories is most likely to be interesting to me.
