Hot take, longer chapters and more natural changes between the POVs would have made it so much better. And cut it down by like 100-200 pages

AGREED. There’s so much happening but somehow the pacing is sooo slow. And maybe this is also a hot take, but we don’t need a POV of every single main character. Or, this should have been 2 books. Literally anything but one 1000 page book
