This is how I feel waiting for another Riley Wolfe novel. Itโ€™s been 2+ years since The Fourth Rule came out. Iโ€™ll get real excited to see a Jeff Lindsay notification from Audible, only to see itโ€™s yet another re-release of Dexter in a different language and not actually a new book.

Also for those who havenโ€™t read it, The Fourth Rule was also ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜บ shorter than the first three books. The audiobook at normal speed is just about 8 hours and itโ€™s the only one of the four to come in at sub-10. It also unfortunately had a very predictable ending so maybe heโ€™s trying to find a more interesting story before continuing. ๐’๐๐Ž๐ˆ๐‹๐„๐‘ Most obvious betrayal by a love interest in the history of ever.

At least we know to give up (or at least we should). The only chance the other books get released is if he gives the blessing for another writer to finish them after his death.
