
1. You should delete TikTok because it doesn’t do anything to benefit your life fr. 2. Try using audiobooks instead. Leave your phone off to the side and follow along with a physical copy. Giving your phone a “task” while you’re reading will make you feel less inclined to open TikTok and more inclined to finish the chapter. If you struggle with social media addiction I highly recommend the app Opal. It’s what helped me quit my addiction. I had it lock ask me a question every 5 mins.
