Babel is fantastic. It’s one of those books I finished and then immediately yelled at all my friends to read. Especially my friend going for his History PhD

That. It gave me a lot of perspective and things to think about, because I unfortunately see a lot of my younger self in Letty. I’d like to think I’ve broken away from those prejudices but it definitely made me think
