It’s really good! Pretty dense with world building and extremely dark so I would recommend being aware of that if you wanna read. It’s not a happy ending, very much neutral as well. The whole story is a depiction of war and trauma, not a romance like booktok and media is trying to say it is.

Like, it was rough for me and I would recommend not reading if you’re sensitive to graphic depictions of rape, abuse of corpses, torture, etc. very much a war story. Would recommend not reading if you have any second thoughts. Again, I had trouble despite being exposed to this type of content a lot for school. It’s very graphic.
