ive never heard or seen a case where u can see it through a normal padded bra. a sports bra maybe but if its a normal traditional bra i highly believe that’s a thing. i had mine for about 3-4 years before i retired and could only be seen with thin bras not normal bras. i really don’t know about the parent part tbh. maybe try to find a more non conservative school that believes in protecting and supporting their staff rather than catering to fuck ass parents
