Im getting both either way, after reading advice/opinions I have decided I’ll get a daith next. Thanks guys :)

I have both! My second helix took forever to heal correctly but my daith rarely has gotten agitated due to the placement and I can sleep on that side as well

Daith. Easy as fuck to heal

Depends on you pain tolerance Daith hurts because it’s thicker cartilage and is closer to your head but heals ok (more blood flow = faster healing) Double Helix i felt like no pain whatsoever but it took a long time to heal because there’s less blood flow there
