also don’t mind my anti tragus she’s my newest of them all and having some issues healing

Stacked lobes and more helixes can add up really quick! Looks like you have space for a designed flat (multiple piercings in a planed shape like a star or triangle). Maybe a modified industrial. Maybe a contra conch or another anti Tragus?
