Def use panoxyl! It will clear up. Also know its hormones and is completely normal. If you get a back tattoo and still have acne even after using panoxyl, DONT pick it or pop it. That’s what creates scarring.

I did not use panoxyl but I started using a loofa to exfoliate my back in the shower and it worked wonders, also cleaning yhe loofa regularly with vinegar every week and replacing it every six months or so

I got a back brush hoping it would help with reaching the area more effectively but I was already using a loofa that I regularly switch out. I’ll try the vinegar with the brush though
