It’s still forming Crust and just looks irritated all the time , it doesn’t hurt or anything but just don’t know what to do anymore

whats the cleaning routine/ are you even still cleaning it?

I was cleaning it with a pricing cleaner and then a piercer was like don’t do that anymore just use a q tip with regular water and wipe the crusty away every once in a while

ohh stop with the q tip, like dont touch it at all and rinse it with a saline spray. let the water run on it in the shower to remove crusties, but not touching it at all will help it
