My biggest advice is you will bleed a lot the following day so don’t have intense plans for that day. Also i was told not to wear a bra but i live in a walkable city and not having a bra makes walking/movinf excruciating. I love mine tho so i say do the damn thing- if you take them out after they will heal 100% so

Also if u have a friend to bring go w someone- you will be a lot less frightened
