It could be the type of jewelry you are using etc, or a type of metal allergy? Have you tried talking to a piercer about it?

I have the same post in my helix that i do in my lobes and thats healed now. its the same jewelry from the shop, just downsized. ive never had any reaction w my other lobes before so idk. I definitely should go see my piercer though
