
my diet is also clean (whole foods/ high protein) as I work out, barely added sugar. Maybe it’s from sleep since it’s been a little worse. I have dry skin but that’s pretty much it. The pimples aren’t inflamed js leftover scars but it’s not imbedded in my skin thankfully. Js red dots rlly
lowk if you can afford it or it’s covered go straight to the derm. i spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to resolve my acne and in retrospect i wish i had just gone to see a dr quicker. if you can’t, try benzoyl peroxide. like panoxyl. (i have a theory that for ur type of acne it might be really good)
None rlly 😭😭💀 i like to do natural stuff so growing up I would use diluted apple cider vinegar for toner and coconut oil for moisturizer before going to sleep every night and that had worked for me. Recently I put coconut oil in the morning for dry skin now and I noticed it decreasing way less but idk
