“fastest way” isn’t what you want, you’ll end up looking skinny fat or sick. stop putting time restrictions on losing weight. just lock in to diet, cardio and lifting, time’s gonna pass anyway

Lifting while on a light cut will have the fastest progress while being safe! You’ve got time and you’ll see a difference in even a month or 2 if you’re consistent and go about 5 times a week. Don’t worry too much about cardio, just do like 10-15 min every few days after lifting

best way to safely i feel like is just prioritizing drinking lots of water + switching for better versions of stuff like sugared soda to diet etc
