Okay for my workout girlies. What’s the best workouts to tone your belly at home.? Always had trouble with belly fat and I want to flatten it up. Also, what are some meal tips that help with that ?TY!

The annoying 30 minutes of walking on incline unfortunately is the best method- this is any low impact abs!

Sit-ups and 6 inches are my go to. I have visible abs just from doing sit ups at the gym these days, but i was also a college athlete and my abs were always what i worked on the most for my sport. Meal tips should also be fairly simple, as abs are made in the kitchen and not as much the gym. NO SUGAR and watch them appear :) i try to stick only to foods that are from the earth and highly limit processed foods. But you’ll see massive results just by cutting sugar completely

Planks but those will all train obliques. But if you’re just looking for a flat tummy, planks will do the trick

there is no way to reduce fat in one specific area. but if you want to lose fat overall you’d want a calorie deficit, increase your activity levels so it’s easier to be in a calorie deficit, and eat a low glycemic index diet. glucosegoddess has a lot of tips for that

in the end, a slight caloric deficit and my routine that has shown me abs w/o weights is 30 heel taps, 30 suitcases, 1:15 leg lifts, 30 dead bugs. doing that twice at least two times weekly gives the best results

well not naturally anyways. i’ve targeted certain areas through cavitation (with my own machine) and it’s worked wondersss
