
Sit-ups and 6 inches are my go to. I have visible abs just from doing sit ups at the gym these days, but i was also a college athlete and my abs were always what i worked on the most for my sport. Meal tips should also be fairly simple, as abs are made in the kitchen and not as much the gym. NO SUGAR and watch them appear :) i try to stick only to foods that are from the earth and highly limit processed foods. But you’ll see massive results just by cutting sugar completely
