You should be OK with getting your nails done but makeup doesn’t determine your feminine side you could be feminine and not wear make up and heels

Go but yourself some cheap nail polish and acetone. If you hate it, take it off

For the heels I would maybe try goodwill (make sure you wear socks/disinfect them somehow if you buy them) so that you’re not sinking too much money into it. If you’re nervous about being recognized maybe wear a face mask or something of the sort. Dollar tree has some cheaper options for makeup too that are good to experiment with!
