I can’t give great advice but I dress vaguely punk, and I use a good black eyeshadow instead of eyeliner bc I like how it smears. I have a little applicator that came with (cause I’m cheap) and it’s like a very long thing v shape and it’s perfect t for my uses. I mix and blend with red or white and it looks pretty fun imo

Best tip someone told me: bold lips or bold eyes not both. If you have a vampy red lip on, don’t do too much with your eyes; if you have a really good lined eye, skip the red lip and go for a nude one. Your choice of course everyone’s style is different but this helped SO much with balance in my makeup… also heavy bronzer is a no no it makes you look beachy
