Honestly no, because it depends on hair type and scalp type. But a good general rule is only wash the scalp/roots of your hair not the mids and ends (unless you haven’t washed in a while and have build up or double shampoo) squeeze out excess water from the hair and then apply conditioner or hair mask to mids and ends to wash out. You can keep the conditioner in your hair for a while but that also depends on hair type.
Shampoo, rinse hair thoroughly, conditioner for 3 mins (use kristin ess if u want softer hair), brush thru, rinse thoroughly, hair mask (kristin ess if u want ur hair less dry but not oily), brush thru, rinse thoroughly. Brush hair again and dont wash it every day unless its really oily bc otherwise it dries it out
1. Detangle hair before shower. 2. Wet fully 3. Emulsify shampoo in hands 4. Lightly run hands throughout scalp (I start from front and move all the way around my head) this is to evenly distribute the product. 5. Massage it in, try to scrub your scalp to exfoliate, also do this step all the way around your head. 6. Rinse and repeat steps 3-5 again ( you should shampoo 2-3 times total). 7. Gently detangle my hair with a wet brush or fingers from root to tip.
8. Apply hair mask if desired ( now that hairs detangled It’s easier to distribute, and I’ll use the brush again to make it more even) 9. Rinse completely 10. Apply conditioner (even if you used hair mask) and once again use brush to distribute it more. 11. I like to use a claw clip to put it up as it sits, use this time to shave if you like or exfoliate your body. 12. Rinse out conditioner. 13. Put hair back up and now wash your body. (wash body after rinsing conditioner for body acne)
