
u might need to strip ur hair like glycolic acid let it sit for ten shower wash shampoo and conditioner, and then start progressively training back ur hair. try to go a day without washing it and then start increasing to two days then three and so on. dry shampoo is your best friend in this process but you’ll start to notice your hair accommodating to not washing your hair as much and won’t produce as much oil. as for products sometime when ur hormones change or ur body ages u might need 1/2
to change ur shampoo/conditioner just because ur oils are diff. make sure ur only applying conditioner to the ends bc that can make ur hair get oily faster. dry shampoo at NIGHT and let it sit for a little and then rub in. i love amika but it’s super expensive so i switched to not my mothers (beach babe) dry shampoo and honestly like it more now. the other scents of NMM don’t work as well at least for my hair, but this is my holy grail lastly don’t do glycolic acid often, ur natural oils 2/3
