How can I stop overeating? Like I can do good spacing my meals. When it’s time to eat I just inhale food.

Protein fill you up, I eat about 100g of protein a day and when I do, overeating stops. Carbs allow you to overeat more because they don’t fill you the same way

Drink a large cup of water or tea before every meal. That way you feel fuller once you actually start eating. Also try putting the fork down between bites and taking like 30 seconds to a minute between bites. Then you’ll eventually get bored of the meal.

Also don’t watch tv or go on your phone while you eat it interrupts the part of your brain that makes you feel hungry or full

Eat 5 snacks throughout the day and portion them instead of the three meals, calculate the amount of water you need in a day (I use plant nanny) and aim to drink half of that before 12 or 1 and if you are going to eat a meal eat light veggies before it and get lots of protein in that meal rather than having carbs so maybe instead of a bowl of Mac and cheese have something with like chicken

apple cider vinegar shots. They also help curve sugar cravings
