I have a hard time understanding skincare with my acne prone skin. I see too many conflicting claims. What are some good products for acne prone/combination skin?

what really finally made a difference for me was washing my pillowcase super frequently. I’ve got two silk pillowcases and I only sleep on one for 2-3 days and then wash. It’s the only thing that finally stopped new acne from forming
