The nyx epic ink eyeliner DOES NOT MOVE!!! it’s superior (but you have to use an oil cleanser or makeup remover to remove unless you want to rub your eye for a few minutes lol)

wet n wild tbh they have some good kohl/stick liners and around halloween have rlly good grey/white/black palettes, la colours also has good white concealer (i use as foundation) if you want your lashes to look better on top of eyeliner without that white stuff duo has black lash glue (not rlly alt centered but i love it sm)
