I feel like darkish but not super dark shades would look good. Like not black but a medium-dark blue or green or maroon

Well My hair has alot of red undertones. I use champagne with eyeliner. My eyes are hazel. I also use light bronze sometimes darker. A smoky gray eye probably would look good since your eyes are blue. I go for colors that make my eyes stand out. Maybe check Pinterest for ideas too.
