I usually do a basic look, so brush brows, mascara, and a bit of concealer under my eyes. I use a blush stick for a quick application too. I’d experiment with different eyeshadow color and placements too until you find one you love!

winged eyeliner and maybe a little glitter towards the inner corner of your eyes

Actually your brows are good. Add some mascara or lashes maybe some liner. That’s all you need !

Eyeliner, and lightened inner corner of your eye, like someone else said. Tbh I always use black eyeshadow as my liner because I like it looking thick and smudgy so I can’t really give you actual real liner advice but it would really make your eyes pop. Cute glasses btw!!
