I’m tired of looking the way I do and I’m trying to be consistent in the gym but I get so busy. What can I do to lose weight?

see a local dietician/ your doctor to make like specific plans to help you with knowing your medical needs/history but usually a calorie deficit, look up ones for your bmi and try them out

Intermittent fasting! Only allow urself to eat from 9 AM- 9 PM. DONT EAT BEFORE OR AFTER THAT!! It works!! And if ur consistent you’ll lose lots!

If possible visit a nutritionist or dietitian, diet can play a big part but it’s important to learn from a reliable source!

Weigh your food. Calculate your maintenance calories, you can get a ballpark with your weight, height and age combined with your daily step count. Decide how fast you want to lose weight, even 200 calories a day starting now is enough to get snatched by summer.

that sounds great in theory but in practice I would be eating one meal every day bc my classes and jobs force me to eat breakfast at 8 and dinner at like 9:30 most days :/
