1. Every state should be organized like that. All of them. Even the states themselves should be shaped that way. 2. Otherwise I wanna see some states gerrymandered based on something OTHER than political affiliation or race. A state ruled by readheads, or J-names, or people who don’t think die-hard is a Christmas movie

You can’t gerrymander a county map. Counties aren’t the things getting changed to decide what representatives represent where, that would be voting districts, which is a different thing. Attached is a pic of the federal House of Representatives voting districts in Iowa
