I cleaned these with 91% isopropyl alcohol, mold grew cuz of how they were packed while traveling. They’re still usable right?

I wouldn't use it if I were baking for others. If you want to risk it that's one thing but I wouldn't bake for other people with moldy/bad ingredients. Just my opinion

i wouldn’t feel comfortable using it, you probably paid a fortune for it, so use it. how did you clean it though?

I looked it up and everything said alcohol of 70% so I used isopropyl with 91%😂

That’s what I found too, I think you should be good. One site I found was to soak it in alcohol, so the alcohol can penetrate the cell wall or something. I don’t know, you do you girl 😭

I use the beans, so much better than the extract. But I think you should be good now, they should be clean.
