https://abrightmoment.com/yeast-based-croissants-recipe/ this is the one i used! i’m probably going to bake them for about 25 minutes next time and also do a few more trifolds for more layers but otherwise they’re perfect. they taste delicious and they look gorgeous

okay made them again and baked them for 23 minutes and they were perfect for my oven!! just be careful that you don’t overdo the bottoms. also the extra trifold made them look soooo much more buttery flaky layery goodness
