I’ve done a lot of individual therapy. It’s been frustrating because I don’t need help working out why or what I’m feeling, and Im sick of solutions. I just want a safe space to express myself because I don’t have that at home. U guys relate? Solutions?
i highkey just tell my therapist i just wanna talk and complain and have a space just to declutter my mind and he’s chill with it. or if anything, i just journal! which i recommend getting a cheap one and just letting it all out
