Does anyone have any tips for shifting back to normal after coming home from a long shift? Even after I get off work I'm still in "employee mode" and it's making it really difficult to relax in the evenings and maintain work life balance

I like to exercise and shower and then I feel so clean and cozy having dinner!! That all switches my brain from work mode
