i’m convinced the “personality tests” job applications make you take are there to make sure the company doesn’t hire any autistic individuals. anyone else feel this way?

In most places, requiring a personality test to get a job is considered illegal discrimination. Because of that, it’s usually better to not take those jobs, because if they’re willing to commit crime during the interview process, what other ways might they screw you over?
