if you don’t mind me asking, how did you go about getting tested?

A diagnosis is a diagnosis, it doesn’t make you any less valid or loved! Something that helped me a lot is finding a therapist to talk to, you don’t even have to really try to “fix” and issues, just talking really helps!

i was tested twice in my teen years! but at the time, my parents were separating and i had to move a lot, so my screeners thought i just had depression/anxiety, etc. last fall my therapist told me their facility offers screening so i thought i’d try one more time

the “adult autism diagnosis” is fake lol. It’s called, you gotta get over yourself.
