Guys im gonna fail out of school in like a month and i am weirdly ok with it? My parents might kill me but college made me miserable. I might be better off in the trades. Anyone in the same boat?

this exact thing happened to me 2 years ago in december of 2023! i’m itching to go back to school now bc it feels like my decision rather than something my family expects me to do. you’re not alone! do what makes YOU happy

of course! so one of my childhood friends became my roommate until october of 2024. i was a full time preschool teacher and part time waitress for about a year but i became an RBT in may of 2025! i found a company that paid for my training and also paid me during training, i was also careful to find a company that uses new methods as opposed to the robotic old school ones. i have health insurance, pay is pretty well in my area, and i get to hang out with kids who were like me! it’s so cool dude
