Absolutely I feel you, I literally have a list in my notes app of things that I don’t allow myself to do called “Things that are bad for my soul” 😭. I think i just enjoy/find comfort in structure and doing things the “right way”, and reserve certain joys for special occasions so I’m strict on myself lol
