THIS!!! I’m home at my parents for the week and they’re a “healthy” ingredient house. The only snack I could find is cocoa krispies. And they always make fun of me for being picky🥲

same, and it’s not something that you can really even be counseled about like other EDs

You can, it just takes a very different approach that requires someone specifically educated on arfid rather than EDs in general which can be hard to find
